Located in the quiet heart of Mallorca, just outside the village of Ariany, "Villa Calderitx" has been furnished with care and elegance and offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. On an area of 100 m², the house consists of a living room with wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom, so it can sleep 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a high chair. The private outdoor space is the highlight of the property.Here you can play table tennis, take a refreshing dip in the pool, sunbathe on the hammocks in the garden and enjoy a dinner prepared on the barbecue on the (partly covered) terrace. The nearest supermarket and pharmacy are just a 7-minute walk away (500 metres), and a restaurant serving local cuisine is a 5-minute drive away (2 km). The nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is 17.2 km or a 22-minute drive away. Palma Airport and the center of the beautiful capital Mallorca are a 45-minute drive (47 km) from the property.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed
Ecotax price 2.20 euros per person per night, only for persons over 16 years old. This is paid on site.
